What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you highly organised, approachable, and ready to be the welcoming face of our school? Hayle Academy is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic administration team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our vibrant learning community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the school, where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome. Alongside managing enquiries, you’ll provide vital administrative support to keep our school running smoothly—whether it’s handling correspondence, managing emails, or assisting with the organisation of school events.

About You:

· A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner

· Strong organisational and administrative skills

· Computer literacy and the ability to multi-task effectively

· Previous school experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
