Summary

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Continuing Healthcare Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

As a Social Worker in this team, completing assessments and reviews within the CHC framework is a key aspect of your day to day responsibilities. You will be required to attend dispute resolution meeting and present cases to panel when needed. The team is given regular supervision from management to ensure support and collaboration on complex cases.

About you

Experience within a hospital, reviews or community based environment is all experience that lends well to this position. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience within adult's Social Work is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving licence and car is essential for this role.
