Join a leading Financial organisation as a Web App Firewall / VMware AVI Consultant !
Job Overview:
Web App Firewall / VMware AVI Consultant is required to work in an associate role for our banking client. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to London and Sheffield.
We require a consultant who has WAF (Web Application Firewall) experience. VMWare AVI is a nice thing to have, and experience with another similar technology like F5.The consultant will assist with tuning and move-to-block activities of the load balancer environment for complex applications with high-volume feature packs.
- Location: Role is hybrid with occasional travel to London and Sheffield
- Daily Rate: Flexible daily rate (Inside IR35)
- Contract Length: Until 10th Apr 2026
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Requirements :
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including tuning and move-to-block activities.
- Hands-on experience with VMware AVI or similar technologies such as F5, Imperva, or AWS WAF.
Security Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and web application security principles.
- Familiarity with SSL/TLS, HTTP protocols, and application-layer security.
