About the Team We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic administrator to join BANES Older Adults Community Mental Health Team - a friendly multi-disciplinary team who are integrated with Avon & Wiltshire Partnership Trust to provide both health and social care interventions for Older Adults living with Mental Health conditions requiring specialist support. About the Role You will need to provide efficient and effective technical administrative support to individuals, managers and teams to maximise service continuity and quality, assisting Bath and North East Somerset Council in achieving its purpose and objectives. The role will undertake a range of standardised technical administrative activities. About You The post holder will need a wide range of administrative skills and to be able to use Microsoft Office applications and IT packages confidently. There will be elements of customer service, problem solving and the need to be flexible to meet the demands of the team. BANES Older Adults CMHT support older people in the community with mental health and social care needs. You will need to have empathy along with a degree of resilience and good communication skills. The role will include both verbal and written communication with a wide range of individuals including service users, their families/carers, health and social care practitioners and other agencies involved with mental health and social care.
