Job description
31 hours per week
Temporary up to 12 months or until the post holder returns; whichever is earlier.
The Governing Body of Bryntirion Infant School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and caring Learning Support Officer to work in a highly motivated and friendly teaching team, working in a Year 2 class, covering Maternity Leave.
Bryntirion Infant School is situated in Bridgend and part of the Bryntirion Cluster of schools. There are 139 pupils on roll aged between three and seven years. The school has 5 mainstream classes and 2 ALN classes.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to pupils within the school.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
