Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant - Full-Time (Dudley)Start Date: ASAP (Monday if possible)Contract: Full-time, until February 2026
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training? We have an exciting opportunity in a special educational needs (SEN) school in Dudley that provides a supportive, inclusive, and child-centred environment for pupils with complex needs.

About the Pupils:
- Pupils have a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
- This role focuses on supporting a non-verbal pupil with ASD and challenging behaviour, following a personalised timetable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with complex behavioural needs.
- Implement strategies for managing behaviours such as hair pulling, biting, and scratching calmly and effectively.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent, structured support.
Essential Requirements:
- TEAM TEACH trained with up-to-date certification.
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD and challenging behaviour.
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and positive in demanding situations.
