Lunch time Supervisor -£12.80 Per Hour– Wolverhampton, WV6
The Role
Do you enjoy working with children and creating a safe, friendly environment where they can relax and have fun? Are you someone who can stay calm, organised and upbeat, even when things get a little lively? If so, our Lunch Time Supervisor role could be a great fit.
You will support pupils during the busiest part of their day. You’ll help to maintain a safe, well-organised and enjoyable lunchtime experience, both indoors and outdoors. This is a role where you can genuinely make a difference and be a friendly, reliable presence in the school community.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11.45am–1.45pm (term time only – 36 weeks). Start date January 2026

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground and indoor areas.
• Encourage good behaviour and support an inclusive, respectful environment.
• Assist with lunchtime routines and smooth transitions.
• Monitor the dining space and help keep areas clean and tidy, including moving tables and chairs when needed.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
