Crynodeb
The Ward Clerk will provide a comprehensive administrative service to Beech ward and EPU/EGU Unit .They will participate in creating a welcoming and friendly environment for patients and their families, and provide excellent customer service. 1. Support ward staff by undertaking administration duties. 2. Answer the intercom and welcome visitors to the department. 3. Act as a contact point for the ward for patients relatives and other visitors. Respond to all queries ensuring confidentiality is maintained. 4. Ensure telephone calls are responded to in a pleasant manner. 5. Refer all telephone calls in relation to clinical matters to the nurses. Please see attached JD for full details.
