Lift Aylward is looking for an exceptional Data & Exams Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring every student receives an excellent education, every day. If you're highly organised, calm under pressure, and thrive in a role where precision really matters, this could be your next step.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and coordinating all public and internal examinations, ensuring full compliance and smooth delivery
  • Leading on exam entries, timetabling, invigilation, and secure handling of exam material
  • Overseeing the release of results and supporting post-results processes
  • Managing our MIS (Arbor) and other data systems to provide accurate, actionable information for leaders and staff
  • Supporting statutory returns, internal data collections, and whole-school reporting
  • Training and supporting staff to use data effectively
  • Line managing the Data Assistant, Exams Assistant and a team of invigilators

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Statistics, IT, Maths, or a related data-focused field
  • Previous exam administration experience within an educational setting
  • Excellent IT skills, strong numeracy and literacy, and confidence with MIS systems
  • A deep understanding of public examinations and SEND access arrangements
  • Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present data clearly to senior leaders
  • The ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and integrity
