Disrepair Administrator
We are currently looking for a Disrepair Administrator to join One Vision Housing part of The Sovini Group.
Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and grow? Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to transfer your skills from another sector, we want to hear from you!

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
What You’ll Do: Job duties
• Provide efficient and accurate administration of all disrepair cases across One Vision Housing’s housing stock. The postholder will ensure cases are logged, tracked, and managed in line with legal requirements, internal policies, and best practice standards.
• This includes maintaining records, preparing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and supporting the team with documentation for legal proceedings.
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service that protects the organisation’s reputation and ensures timely resolution of disrepair claims.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need Administration Experience —what matters is your attitude, willingness to learn, and transferable skills. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Key qualities that will make you successful in this role:
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently.
• A positive approach to learning new systems and processes.
• Customer service skills from any industry are a plus!
