Job Title: Dual Registered CQC Manager
Location: Dorset
Salary: up to £45,000
Sector: Domiciliary Care / Homecare

Overview:
We are partnering with a well-established homecare provider in Dorset seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Registered CQC Manager. This is an opportunity to lead multiple branches within the county, driving quality, growth, and compliance across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple domiciliary care branches.
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Oversee and support a strong internal team including 3 Seniors and a Team Leader.
Work closely with the Regional Manager to deliver performance and growth targets.
Manage existing private client base and County framework.
Ensure effective care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and governance.
Utilise in-house marketing team to drive service growth and brand presence.
Monitor KPIs, branch performance, and care hours (current level: 600 hours per week).
Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and external partners.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing care teams.
Requirements:
Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory expectations.
Experience managing multiple branches (or readiness to step up).
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining compliance.
Passion for delivering exceptional homecare services.
