- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM
(45-minute lunch break each day) - Annual Leave: 25 days per year (pro rata) plus statutory holidays
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Aftersales Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in driving awareness of Aftersales products and services within the digital space, increasing eCommerce traffic, and acquiring leads and customers to support global sales objectives.You will consult on, coordinate, and implement digital marketing communications across multiple channels, including websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and engagement tools such as surveys and gamification.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Project manage digital delivery of assigned communications channels
- Design, build, and test emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including complex journeys
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and regional marketing leads to optimize engagement
- Create and implement social media promotions (organic and paid)
- Develop surveys and gamification tools to enhance customer engagement
- Update dealer portals and retail-facing websites, supporting new market rollouts
- Analyse post-campaign insights and conduct A/B testing to improve performance
What We're Looking For
- Degree or professional qualification in Digital Marketing (desirable)
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Super User level)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, AI, and automation
- Experience managing multichannel, multi-market campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Desirable Certifications
- Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) Certified Digital Marketing Professional
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications
This is a temporary role offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and a competitive benefit package.
