What You'll Do:
-Escort visitors and subcontractors around the site
-Make sure subcontractors follow safety rules at all times
-Support engineers with general tasks
-Do small maintenance jobs (like filter changes or equipment cleaning)
-Help with basic painting and decorating
-Move materials using a forklift (if trained)
-Carry out other general handyperson tasks
-Plantroom house keeping
-Assisting project teams
What We're Looking For:
-Reliable and hands-on person
-Good at talking to people and working as part of a team
-Can manage your own time and stay organised
-Willing to learn and help where needed
-Comfortable with physical, practical work
Must-Haves:
-Full UK driving licence
-Able to pass security checks
-Basic maintenance knowledge or similar experience
-Right to work in the UK
It's a Bonus If You Have:
-A forklift licence or experience using one
-Painting and decorating skills
-Health & Safety knowledge
-Any past experience/skills in electrical, mechanical or joinery
