Logistics Co-ordinator – Boston Depot
Full-Time, Permanent | £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12.00pm–8.30pm, plus Saturday 7.00am–12.00pm on a rota basis
Salary: Dependent on experience (Approx £28k p/a)
A great opportunity has arisen to join our Client’s Network Team as a Logistics Co-ordinator, based at their Boston Depot. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a responsive, professional service when handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers, depots and drivers
Manage queries efficiently by phone and email
Book jobs accurately onto bespoke IT systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate deliveries and collections to support smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
Administrative experience (essential)
Fully computer literate
Experience within transport, logistics or a similar environment (preferred)
Confident communicator with a positive, solutions-focused approach
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work independently with a flexible, proactive attitude
