Pinders is a long-established, family-run print, signage and branding company in Sheffield. We’re growing our sales team and are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to help us develop and nurture our B2B customer base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident, organised and creative, someone who loves building relationships and helping clients bring their ideas to life.
We’re strengthening our sales structure, and this role is key to supporting that growth. You’ll:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B clients (approx. 80% of the role)
Build strong long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Develop new business through networking and building industry connections
Understand client needs and present tailored print, signage and branding solutions
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
Collaborate with our sales admin, design and production teams
Use CRM and estimating software (training provided)
Meet agreed KPIs across revenue, calls, quotes and retention
Occasionally visit clients (own car required)
This is a varied, creative and fast-paced role where every day is different.
You’ll fit in well if you are:
Outgoing, confident and great at building relationships
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts
Creative and able to visualise customer projects
Comfortable thinking on your feet and solving problems
Motivated to grow accounts and develop new ones
Experienced in B2B sales or account management
Strong with CRM systems and happy to learn new software
Experienced in print/signage/branding (ideal but not essential)
Able to self-learn and pick things up quickly
Reliable, professional and comfortable working in a busy environment
Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car
Not the right fit: people who “wait for opportunities” or struggle in fast-paced roles.
