We’re currently looking for Bookkeepers with practice experience to join our client based in the East Midlands on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Bookkeeper will include:
- Maintaining records of accounts and reconciliations and preparation of CIS returns.
- Keeping an accurate and complete trail of supporting documents for all financial bookkeeping activities.
- Reconciling customer, supplier, and bank accounts to ensure that balances are a true reflection of clients’ current financial position.
- Processing clients’ financial data into accounting software in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage your workflow and client expectations whilst developing working relationships with clients.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Bookkeeper will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently.
- Confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cloud accounting software.
- AAT-qualified or qualified by experience.
