Location: Wimblington Drive, Milton Keynes, MK6 4AH
Shift Pattern: 3on 3off 6 am - 6 pm
Pay: £13.97 p/h

Job Description:
As a Skilled Production Operative, you will work in various production areas, from low-risk and high-risk zones to enclosed
packing areas. You’ll be responsible for preparing raw materials, mixing, processing, and packing products, ensuring that
everything meets the highest safety and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on being a
crucial part of the production line while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weigh and prepare ingredients for mixing.
* Operate and monitor mixers and machines to ensure continuous product flow.
* Tray and manage cooked products for cooling.
* Monitor product cooling, weigh, bag, and pass it to storage.
* Segregate damaged products, ensuring only the best quality reaches the customer.
* Report any machine or production issues promptly to the management.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Hygiene at Level 2.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety in food production.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
