The role: The role will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the business to ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge required to use the company’s business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and plans aligned with company goals.
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operational directors and department heads
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs using various methods (including classroom, e-learning, workshops, floorwalking).
Ensure all mandatory and compliance training requirements are met across the business.
Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and documentation.
Monitor and report on training effectiveness, including post-training evaluations and performance metrics.
Ensure training delivery complies with health and safety standards and data protection regulations.
Advise on business continuity planning including ensuring continuity of processes throughout holiday periods, staff absences and abstractions
Management of the training sub-team in the Business Systems team.
Attending and contributing to Business System team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
Able to travel to residential care homes and other Care UK sites.
Experience in using and training a wide range of business systems
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
