Healthcare Assistant | Up to £14 per hour | Day or Night Shifts, Full-Time Hours

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous Healthcare Assistant experience is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting older adults, especially those living with dementia.
- Understanding of person-centred care principles.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work full-time hours on days or nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
