Healthcare Assistant | Up to £14 per hour | Day or Night Shifts, Full-Time Hours

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll join a warm, well-established nursing home set against stunning countryside views—a place where person-centred care is more than a phrase; it’s how the team works every single day.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous Healthcare Assistant experience is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for supporting older adults, especially those living with dementia.
  • Understanding of person-centred care principles.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and able to work full-time hours on days or nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks while promoting independence.
  • Assist with mobility, personal care, and nutritional needs.
  • Document care accurately and maintain excellent communication with the wider team.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and senior carers to ensure safe, consistent care.
