We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the Vehicle Maintenance Office. In this role, you will work closely with the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth office processes, accurate record-keeping, and compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor with all administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage Government Vehicle Licence authorisation and tracking.
- Oversee daily office functions, including opening/closing work orders and maintaining DPAS and Warehouse Module systems (military systems).
- Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
- Purchase vehicle parts and consumables for RAF Molesworth, with occasional support to Croughton and Alconbury.
- Process invoices using the in-house system (Concur) and keep the purchase tracker updated.
- Provide administrative backup to the Vehicle Management Administrator at RAF Croughton.
- Administer vehicle licensing and taxation.
- Collect and input mileage and fuel data for monthly reporting.
- Support general contract administration as required by the Vehicle Maintenance Manager or Site Manager.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office; able to learn military IT systems.
- Clean driving licence.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Confident driving left-hand-drive vehicles.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in a maintenance or motor trade environment.
- Previous office/administration experience.
- Knowledge or experience of health and safety processes.
