JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for happy, versatile, hardworking and nurturing practitioners to join our team as part of our Resource Base. If you are dedicated to developing the learning experiences of children with SEND and want a career where you can learn and develop new skills in a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work as part of a team to deliver high quality individualised teaching and learning activities.
Lead interventions on a 1:1, paired or small group basis.
Supporting with daily observations, assessment and evidencing learning.
Create a safe & stimulating learning environment that encourages a love of learning through curiosity.
Meet care needs of children.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
English GCSE grade C or above.
Experience or passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
Good level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
Ability to use iPad to record observations.
A positive and fun attitude.
Commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
