Springfield Primary School is seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic part-time Office Assistant to join their hard working school team.If you are a confident, friendly and flexible individual who would like to make a difference to the outcomes of the children attending our school, this could be just the role for you.Your opportunityReporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will provide high quality, varied administrative support for the school, including financial and student welfare tasks. You will be based in our main school office and will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing payments and online financial transactions. Experience of working in an educational environment would be desirable.What we are looking forOur ideal applicant will have:Competency in MS Excel and Word
Effective and clear communication skills
Good administration skills and ability to use own initiative
Personal integrity and loyalty with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
