Role Overview

The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging English lessons, support learners in achieving their academic goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in helping students develop essential literacy skills and progress successfully through their studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English teaching across relevant programmes

• Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to support progress and achievement

• Provide constructive feedback and academic support

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student experience

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in English

• Teaching experience in a further education setting (preferred)

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A commitment to high standards in teaching, learning, and student support
