We are seeking a UK&I HSEQ Programme Manager to lead the integration of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards across Sodexo. This role drives alignment, supports business growth through bids and mobilizations, ensures robust incident management, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and Zero Harm across the UK&I.

Main Responsibilities
Effective Collaboration and Productive Outcomes:
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive HSEQ initiatives and programmes, resulting in productive and measurable improvements across the organization. Resulting in YoY improvements across key metrics outlining region maturity.
Continuous Improvement of Management Systems:
- Leads ongoing enhancements to the HSEQ management system, ensuring it remains compliant with relevant regulations and standards, and incorporates best practices for operational excellence. Resulting in an integrated management system that maintains its accreditation and provides clarity for our operators on effective process and procedures.
Embedding the Zero Harm Mindset:
- Successfully embraces and advances the Zero Harm Mindset, driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance and fostering a resilient safety culture throughout the business. Resulting in completion of training and positive reflective in leading metrics.
Meaningful On-Site Engagement and Support:
- Provides flexible, hybrid working with impactful on-site engagement, supporting operational colleagues in advancing their HSEQ maturity and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently upheld. Resulting in YOY improvements to TRCR.

The Ideal Candidate
- A committed safety professional with a minimum of 4 years HSEQ experience
- Proven experience project and change management within complex organisations
- Experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management system development and implementation
- Quality/HSE certifications e.g. for example Chartered Quality Institute, NEBOSH or IOSH certificate
- Good organizational /communication skills e.g. ability to liaise and engage with various levels of management and employees
- Ability to prioritize, work to deadlines, both prescribed and self-imposed
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
- Ability to conduct HSE training, briefing, meeting, inspection, etc
- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the management systems is thoroughly considered and documented
- Full UK and Ireland driving Licence; Fully mobile to travel across the UK and Ireland Region

Up to £52,000 depending on experience
