My client are an established and reputable Building Contractor who are based in the Wigan area and work nationally.
They operate within a group of businesses, and currently have a requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis, working within the renewable energy division of the business.
The company work with private home owners across the country, assisting them in the delivery of installation of energy efficiency upgrade works to their homes. Type of work includes - Solar Panel installation, new windows and doors, Air Source Heat Pump installation, Insulation work and more.
The company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team, based in their Wigan Head Offices.
You will be responsible for daily interaction with customers either via the telephone or email. It will be your job to keep the customer updated regarding work being completed in their homes, and answer any queries they may have.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in customer care, ideally within a construction, renewable energy or similar type of business. You must also have great organisation and administration skills.
The salary is up to £28k plus benefits.
