MSP Volume Account Manager
Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 with uncapped commission plan
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm - Permanent - 3 - 4 days at the Bournemouth office or on the road visiting partners.
Are you ready to elevate your career and be part of a high-performing channel team? Our client is expanding their MSP division and seeking a proactive, relationship-driven MSP Volume Account Manager to support their valued MSP Partners and help drive continued growth.
In this role, you'll play a key part in selling security software and services, uncovering new business opportunities, and working closely with the channel, pre-sales and marketing teams. What you'll be doing as the MSP Volume Account Manager:
• Driving growth across the MSP partner base through strong relationship management
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities with a consultative approach
• Providing partners with product knowledge, sales support and ongoing development
• Collaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure partner success
• Representing the business at partner meetings, industry events and networking occasions
You should apply for the MSP Volume Account Manager if you have:
• Proven experience in account management, ideally within IT, MSP or Cybersecurity
• A strong background in B2B channel sales and distribution
• A confident consultative selling style with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of a partner organisation
• A hunter mentality, always seeking out new opportunities
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with channel partners, ideally from a vendor perspective
• Experience in the MSP sector (desirable but not essential)
• Strong organisation, time-management and self-motivation
• Confidence attending external industry events and networking opportunities
