Our client, a respected educational organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time SEN Tutor to join their dynamic team in the vibrant coastal town of Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary range of £22-£30 per hour, with the option to choose between LTD or Umbrella payment structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of SEN students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in special educational needs education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
