Crynodeb
The post-holder will co-ordinate and supervise a team of different grades of administrators, ensuring robust supervision and operational procedures are in place and take operational responsibility for them and for the allocation of work. The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of the full range of administrative and Navigo policies, processes and procedures acquired through training and relevant experience. The post-holder will undertake any other general administrative duties within the requirements of the Team. The post-holder will be instrumental in the ongoing development of the electronic system and processes and pathways relative to area of service. The post-holder will undertake any other relevant duties required from time to time as requested by Management which correspond to the general character of the post and is commensurate with the level of responsibility
