The ideal candidate would be an experienced Manager with strong HR and business acumen who can drive positive change and growth whilst collaborating closely with our experienced and dedicated practice team. Duties will include:- Recruitment, training and supervising administrative staff. Setting goals and ensuring the practice achieves its financial objective. Overseeing finances including budgets, billing, claims and payroll. Addressing patient complaints and concerns. Maintaining health and safety regulations.
