Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Part-Time Procurement Support Officer who’s organised, proactive, and ready to be the backbone of a busy, friendly procurement team. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy working with data and systems, and want to be part of a team that values collaboration and good humour, this could be the perfect fit.
What will the role involve?
You’ll support procurement processes across multiple councils, helping with everything from drafting tender documents and managing spend data to updating contract registers and liaising with suppliers. You’ll need strong admin skills, great attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and e-procurement systems.
What skills, knowledge and abilities do you require for the role?
We’re after someone who’s enthusiastic, flexible, and happy working both independently and as part of a team. If you’ve got experience in procurement or finance systems, and you’re keen to grow your skills in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What do we offer?
Competitive salary & pension scheme.
A friendly, supportive team.
Opportunities for continuing professional development.
Hybrid working.
