Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

We are seeking a driven, organised, and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business. This role offers the opportunity to create and take ownership of a specialist desk, work directly with an experienced leader, and contribute to the expansion of our presence within the financial services market. It suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by performance-led progression. Ideal background would be B2B Sales or proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.

What You’ll Do:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment and sales cycle within your chosen niche. Responsibilities include:

* Building and developing your own client portfolio through outreach, calls, emails, networking, and market research
* Creating target lists, identifying hiring needs, and winning new business with decision-makers
* Developing expertise in your market and building a strong online presence
* Sourcing high-calibre candidates using headhunting, research tools, job boards, and networks
* Managing the full interview and placement process across multiple stages
* Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the acceptance process
* Maintaining CRM accuracy and creating pitch decks, salary insights, and market intelligence when required

* Strong communication skills across phone, email, video, and in-person interactions
* Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and winning new business
* Competitive mindset with resilience in a target-driven environment
* High emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills
* Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
* Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is useful but not essential
