We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for food and a desire to grow within a supportive, development-focused environment.​

As an Assistant Cook with ISS UK, you will work closely with our kitchen team, contributing to food preparation and helping to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

The Role

Prepare delicious, high-quality food

Deliver exceptional catering services both in and outside the kitchen

Meet deadlines by ensuring meals are served promptly

Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure the site is kept clean and tidy

Uphold health and safety standards, always promoting a secure and safe working environment

Collaborate as part of the wider ISS team, supporting other departments to create an outstanding experience for colleagues and customers

About You

NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification

Passionate about great-tasting food

Advanced understanding of the principals of food hygiene

Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships

Have a desire to succeed in your role

Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention for detail

Both a supportive and helpful individual

Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
