Crynodeb
Managing customer accounts and a fleet of around 300 Day to day branch activity, costings, maintenance. Customer management of portfolio and business development
Accountable for leading and motivating the team to ensure all daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with Company policy and procedures. Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always adhered to.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budgets. Adept at giving coaching, guidance and support to the team to ensure an industry leading customer experience.
Experience required:
• Brilliant leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Clear vision in achieving business goals.
• An ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both suppliers and customers.
• An understanding of the demands of the role and the time and attention needed to produce impressive results.
• IT Literacy.
• Has previous motor/truck trade experience.
• Strives to offer excellent service.
• A methodical approach to work.
Monday-Friday 8-6pm
Occasional Saturdays as and when required.
Starting salary from £30k DOE
20 days holidays + stats
