We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to provide all-round support for facilities operations and ensure the site runs smoothly.​

Reporting to the Local Area Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day tasks, working under your own initiative to maintain high standards and deliver excellent service.

Job Description

This role involves liaising with contractors, carrying out site checks, and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and facilities are well-maintained.​

You will play a key part in keeping the environment safe, compliant, and well-presented for colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with contractors to coordinate works and resolve issues.

Carry out regular site checks to ensure standards are maintained.

Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use.

Monitor and maintain general facilities to ensure functionality and presentation.

Complete weekly PPM tasks such as water flushing, visual checks, and site walkarounds.

Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Provide general administrative support to the facilities team.

Able to work under your own initiative and manage priorities effectively.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

A team player who can collaborate when needed.

Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
