We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors for schools across Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, and Daventry. These schools provide specialist support for pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties who need a nurturing environment to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with students
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Work closely with teachers and SEN teams to create a safe, structured learning environment
- Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
- Backgrounds in sports coaching, social care, youth support, early years, or mentoring are highly valued.
