They aim to provide a happy, caring and homely environment in which each child’s potential can be nurtured, and where there is time for joy and laughter in learning together. Through praise, encouragement and focusing on each child’s strengths, passions and interests, they support children in developing a positive self-image so that they can achieve their very best physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually.
They aim to treat and value all of their children as individuals, and to celebrate diversity by respecting and appreciating everything that makes each child unique. Their staff promote a welcoming environment where diversity and values are respected.
