We are recruiting Production Operatives to work at a well-established manufacturing site based in Hams Hall Industrial Estate, Coleshill. This role offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment.
Pay & Hours:
- £14.27 per hour - paid weekly, from day one
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Job Location:
- Hams Hall Industrial Estate, Coleshill
Key Responsibilities:
- Material handling
- Assembling components of vehicle bumpers
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Performing quality checks to meet high standards
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable timekeeping and good attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
