We require a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible HLTA to work with students who have special educational needs and/or disabilities. The HLTA post would primarily be supporting transition from primary to secondary school (including working across the transition group classes in year 7) and leading on interventions, under the supervision of the SENCO. The successful candidate will be patient and calm, preferably with experience in an educational environment or working with children. We reserve the right to interview prior to the closing date (Please do not submit a C.V. as this will be disregarded)The successful candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
