What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a small but high-impact HR team. Your work will have visibility, variety, and real value. Here’s what you can expect:

• Guide and coach managers on absence, performance, and conduct – helping them grow their skills while building your own credibility
• Lead HR projects – a chance to own initiatives that improve how we work and raise your profile
• Review and improve policies – ensuring they reflect best practice and support a positive employee experience
• Drive cultural and engagement efforts – influencing how it feels to work here and helping teams thrive
• Identify gaps and suggest solutions – using your ideas to reduce risk and make things run smoother
• Manage sickness and wellbeing cases – supporting people in the right way and making a difference
• Keep HR systems accurate – so your insights help leaders make smarter decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong HR generalist or business partner experience
• Confident handling employee relations and advising managers
• Good understanding of UK employment law
• Skilled at building relationships and communicating clearly
• Comfortable leading projects and working independently
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• CIPD qualified or working towards it (preferred)
