You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients To provide support to the Nursing and wider MDTs in ensuring the patients in the defined area have their physical healthcare nursing needs identified, care planned and evaluated in accordance with best practice and clinical evidence Provide advice and support to colleagues at the site regarding physical healthcare needs in general terms; this includes Infection control, screening programmes andsite specific requirements, depending on the clinical speciality
