WF Tech is partnering with a well-established precision engineering company in Basildon to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer with strong Mazak expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and reputable manufacturer producing high-quality, tight-tolerance components for a range of industries.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
⦠Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC turning machines
⦠Creating and modifying programs using Mazatrol
⦠Manufacturing precision components from engineering drawings
⦠Selecting tooling and optimizing machining processes
⦠Conducting first-off inspections and ensuring consistent quality
⦠Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams
About You
⦠Proven CNC Turner/Programmer experience
⦠Strong working knowledge of Mazak lathes and Mazatrol controls
⦠Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
⦠High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
⦠Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
