Summary

What You'll Do
- Drive the vision and development of Day Services
- Oversee admissions, commissioning, and compliance
- Lead and coach staff, championing professional development
- Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and partners
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership in health, education, or social care
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, SEND, and person-centred practice
- Excellent communication, planning, and financial skills
- All roles are subject to enhanced adult and child DBS checks and compliance with safeguarding regulations.
