Crynodeb
Accompanying me to the shops with my trolley sometimes Shopping (lidl very close to my home) Light cleaning Bed changing Ironing Help to dress/ undress (not often) About me - I am 89 years old. I worked many years with mentally/physically handicapped adults. I am a church goer. I find it hard to walk any distance and am in pain due to osteoporosis. I take prescription medication for pain as and when required. I often drink tea and enjoy a chat. I am sociable and look forward to company.
I like reading, watching TV, doing word searchs and knitting
I have a cat
Hours / days: Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday, 1 hour a day either morning or afternoon
Pay rate: £14.20
Skills / experience / qualifications required:
Experience supporting an elderly person in their own home
The candidate should be trustworthy, very compassionate and respectful. They will need to have a professional work ethic with the highest regard to confidentiality.
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK will be required as well as checkable references .
An Enhanced Disclosure Barring Check (DBS) will also be needed for this position.
