I am working with a successful 11-18 secondary school in Ealing to recruit a permanent Maths Teacher. The school can offer flexible start dates in January 2026, April 2026 or September 2026, making this an excellent opportunity whether you are about to complete your training or are an experienced teacher looking for your next move. ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
You will be joining a strong, well-established Maths department with a clear curriculum and a collaborative approach to planning. As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 for suitably experienced candidates. The department is well resourced and places a real emphasis on developing conceptual understanding, problem solving and mathematical confidence for all pupils.
From my conversations with the school, they are keen to appoint someone with secure subject knowledge, high expectations and a reflective approach to teaching and learning. ECTs will benefit from a thorough induction programme, regular mentoring and targeted CPD. For experienced colleagues, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibility within the department, and TLRs may be available for the right person who can contribute to curriculum leadership or key stage coordination.
