LOGISTICS DRIVER

Salary: £29,958.07 - £32,411.13 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Cheltenham

Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to Achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.

About the Role:
As a logistics driver you will undertake a range of Logistics activities which include the collection, carriage and delivery of a range of items, while maintaining high standards of handling, safety, security and accountability.


Responsibilities:
Safe Operation: Safely operate a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment, completing required daily checks and adhering to transport regulations.
Logistics Delivery: Efficiently execute the collection, transport, and delivery of items, maintaining accountability and security at all times.
Team Support: Work effectively within a small team, assist other teams as needed, and ensure the entire Transport team operates safely and efficiently.
Handling: Perform manual handling tasks as required to load and unload materials.
Client Relations: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Travel: Fulfill tasks that may require an overnight stay, with accommodation provided by the company.

Essential:
Full Clean Driving License
Valid CPC Card, training will be given if not currently held.
Forklift Licence ( training can be provided )
Willingness to be trained to HGV class 1 if not currently held
