Role Overview
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Full training is provided, no prior experience needed.
Main Duties
Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with medication administration (full training given)
Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
Accurate record-keeping via our mobile care app
Travelling between clients throughout the day
Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
Reliability and excellent communication skills
Ability to use a mobile phone/app for logging care notes
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (company-supported)
