MOT Tester required for our Client’s busy dealership, located in North Bristol.
The salary of this role is up to £38000 basic.
MOT Testers play a huge role in our Client’s company and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!
Benefits:
- Negotiable starting salary pending experience.
- Performance related bonus providing an uncapped on-target-earnings of £38,000+ per annum.
- Overtime subject to availability.
- 25 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.
- Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training provided with a clear development programme for staff.
- Workplace pension scheme.
- Various additional company benefits, including health and well-being benefits, life assurance, staff discounts, and long service/loyalty incentives.
- Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hold a valid MOT Licence
- Have previous working experience within the role
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to communicate with customers effectively
- A sound Mechanical knowledge
- Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required
- Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times
