As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, solution-driven recruitment service for Busy Bees. Working as part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you will lead the attraction and hiring of exceptional candidates across a portfolio of centres, partnering closely with Centre Directors to ensure their staffing needs are met. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for every candidate: - Partner with Centre Directors to understand current and future hiring needs - Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy launch to offer stage - Review, screen, and shortlist high-quality applications - Proactively source talent via our ATS (Icims), job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using I-Recruit - Prioritise recruitment activity across email, phone, and ATS in line with SLAs - Provide expert recruitment advice to Centre Directors in line with company policies - Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint - Maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensure timely payment of fees
Skills & Experience We're Looking For - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment - Strong data skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics - Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and channels - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - Confident working with Applicant Tracking Systems - Ability to use varied interview techniques and assessment methods - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies - A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Proactive problem-solving skills - Passion for promoting employer brand and crafting engaging job adverts - Commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience
