As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Foster positive relationships and encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
Help create a welcoming, purposeful classroom environment where every child can succeed.
We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient, and committed to helping children reach their potential.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
